I was writing up my FeedLounge alpha review (yes, still), and followed a link on their support site, relating to a problem I’ll outline in that article when I get it done.
In any case, it referred me to the SmoothWheel extension for Firefox.
This is a KICK ASS extension. Not only does it allow you to scroll in CSS boxes (with the scroll attribute set to auto), but its real purpose is to make normal page scrolling smoother. I’ve seen this extension before, but never paid much attention to it, since it seems like such a pointless “fix”. I was wrong… Dead wrong. Boy does this make scrolling a much smoother and nicer experience.
I would definitely recommend any Firefox user install this extension!
